How does the Iseehear EAP work?
The Iseehear EAP works as follows:
- You or your Lab or your facility must be a subscriber to an Iseehear solution or service.
- You will receive EAP instructions and access permission to the EAP website.
- You will be encouraged to submit Feedback via the integrated Feedback Form located on the EAP website.
- You may be asked to participate in occasional telephone calls to talk with Iseehear developers or Iseehear management.

EAP + Iseehear Quality Assurance Process
The Iseehear EAP is a critical component to the overall Iseehear Quality Assurance Process.
The Iseehear Quality Assurance Process consists of the following steps:
1. Alpha Testing
Before Iseehear proceeds to the Beta test step, the specific application, module or feature to be released has already begun Alpha Testing internally with the Iseehear Quality Assurance Team. Alpha Testing identifies obvious performance issues and or defects which are then documented and reported to the Iseehear Development Team for investigation, examining the code, debugging and remedy.
2. Beta Testing at the EAP
Post Alpha Testing, the application, module or feature will still contain defects that will require identification in a real world environment. This is the purpose and role of the Iseehear Early Adopter Program (EAP). The EAP facilitates end user participation and testing under everyday conditions in order to identify additional defects before commercial release to subscribers. Beta Testing will identify additional performance issues and or defects which are then documented and reported to the Iseehear Development Team for investigation, examining the code, debugging and remedy.
3. Ongoing testing of all Iseehear applications
So that there is no misunderstanding about the Iseehear Quality Assurance Process, it is important to state that the Iseehear Quality Assurance Team continues to rigorously test the performance of all applications, modules and features beginning with the Alpha test period, during Beta test period and after the application, module or feature has been released commercially to our subscribers.
